What L&F Agents Can Share From Application Reports From The Rental Service Center.

 

Note: If the property is managed by Home Services Property Management, please seek guidance from them as the parameters are slightly different.

The entire report is to be shared with the owner. We cannot share any information with the applicant or any other agents.

Rental applications are good for 30 days from the first day they applied toward any Long and Foster listing.

The applicant will need to complete LF182T to give us permission to transfer the application.
